When building solar power plants, it is important that neither the Investor, the Designer, nor the Contractor make compromises when selecting components, since the constructed power plant will operate for at least a quarter of a century. In light of this, the selection of installed materials is crucial. Components of such a quality level must be configured that provide the highest possible quality and reliability characteristics at a price level acceptable to the Investor.

According to our experience so far, the use of Fronius inverters is a very good choice in terms of price/value ratio and product support (service, warranty replacement) for both household-sized small power plants and small power plants, so we primarily recommend the following types for the systems we install:
- For three-phase solar power plants: Fronius Symo, Huawei
- Single-phase and three-phase hybrid inverters: Fronius GEN24, Huawei
- For shaded roof surfaces: SolarEdge inverters

CONSTRUCTIONS
PITCHED ROOFED SYSTEMS
Concrete and tile roofing
Wavy and straight roofing lines. These are perhaps the most commonly used roofing materials, which allow for the creation of diverse and attractive roof coverings. They can also be used for roofs with medium and steep angles of inclination. Due to their small size, roof hooks can be placed pointwise by moving the roof without dismantling. In addition to straight and wavy roofing line designs, oversized products (XXL) have also found their place on the domestic market, which can be used to select the appropriate roof hook.
Bituminous shingle roofing
Its various types provide a very diverse roofing appearance. Bituminous roofing elements of various sizes and shapes, made on a mesh carrier base mixed with additives, are easy to attach, but it is difficult to measure the position of the main supporting structure. The fastening elements, roof hooks, anchor bolts, must be attached to the main supporting structure!
Metal roofing materials
These include trapezoidal sheets of various shapes, tile sheets and sandwich panels. Their material can be galvanized steel sheet or aluminum. Their range is quite extensive, and they are also light, only 1/10 of the weight of traditional tiles, which allows for the creation of lighter roofs.
Pressed sheet metal roofing: From the point of view of solar panel installation, this type of roofing cannot be installed without dismantling. Special attention must be paid during the survey, because in many cases it is difficult to distinguish it from tiled roofing due to its profiling and surface finish. There is a manufacturer's roof hook belonging to the system, which can only be placed when installing the roofing. If the roofing is drilled or dismantled, the factory warranty for the roofing will be void! In addition to the coating of a roof covering with a test, the roofing warranty remains even after the installation of the special roof hook!
Crimped sheet metal: Typically copper-zinc sheet metal roofing in various colors with usually 55-60 cm crimp distances. It is installed in crimped and pre-crimped versions. The roof brackets are attached to the sheet metal roofing without dismantling the roofing, using a clamping connection, and then the aluminum profiles are connected to it. The design and thickness of the brackets are recommended by the distributor of the supporting structure.
Slate roofing
Flat slate and corrugated slate. Slate, produced by splitting natural layered rock material, is an aesthetically pleasing and very durable roofing material – after being shaped to the required shape. Only a specialist with sufficient experience in this field can provide a supporting structure for the design of such roofing. Artificial slate elements have a relatively similar effect to natural slate sheets, but they are environmentally friendly roofing materials pressed or rolled from a mixture of fiber cement artificial fibers and cement. Instead of the asbestos cement used in the past, modern, environmentally friendly fiber reinforcements are now used for their production. They break during installation, and are very difficult to repair professionally! If necessary, the solution is a dowel-screw system.
FLAT ROOF MOUNTING
A solar panel system may only be installed on a flat roof after thorough preparation. We distinguish between roof penetration and counterweight installation solutions. The main elements of roof penetration solutions are attached to the supporting structure of the building, along with the professional restoration of the waterproofing. Due to its lower dead weight, this places less strain on the building, but it also poses a higher risk of water ingress.
In the case of counterweight solutions, the load-bearing capacity of the substructure must be taken into account, with the involvement of an expert or a statics engineer. The supplier of the supporting structure makes a proposal for the amount of counterweights, taking into account the position and angle of inclination of the solar panels.
Incorrect construction can cause damage to the building structure and even endanger personal safety.
FREE-STANDING CONSTRUCTIONS
The most important feature of free-standing constructions is that they are installed in an open area outside the cultivation area. Typically, large solar parks with a capacity of several MW are created with this method, taking into account the environmental and weather conditions of the area. Ground-fixed (ground-screw) and counterweight solutions can also be created. Typically, their installation requires a high level of logistical and resource knowledge and capabilities.

The reliable operation of a solar system for decades is ensured not only by the use of quality solar panels, a stable supporting structure and high-quality inverters, but also by the quality of other installation components and, of course, the preparatory and construction work carried out carefully by experienced professionals.

Following this principle, we select all elements of the solar systems we install so that they do not fail during their expected lifespan. The built-in switches, miniature circuit breakers, surge protectors, solar connectors, small distributors, solar cables, and DC-side fire protection switches are all quality products from reputable European manufacturers, the use of which is a fundamental requirement for our company in order to keep the number of failures occurring during the operating period of our built solar power plants as low as possible, which is in the common interest of the Investor and the Installer.
